Lobbying
Your association's primary purpose is to advocate for the interests of the farm and construction equipment dealers and the outdoor power sports dealers at the state legislature. As a member you have access to our full-time lobbyist, Brad Griffin, at the Montana Legislature. Members also enjoy a dual membership in the North American Equipment Dealers Association which advocates for member's interests at the national level.

For over 10 years we have partnered with HUB International, a leading insurance brokerage firm, to secure the best worker's compensation program for our members. This program is currently with the Montana State Fund, whom HUB has found to have stable rates, risk management services and a solid claims response. Enrollment in this program allows members to be eligible for a group dividend in addition to the standard dividend offered to State Fund policy holders.

Discounted Freight Program
The NAEDA Discount Freight Program is now made up of three dynamic services to help dealers reduce shipping expenses:
- NAEDA Parcel Shipping Services** uses the services of FedEx® to provide outstanding discounts on FedEx ground and air parcel shipments.
** This service is available for U.S. to Canada and Canada to U.S. shipping. The program does not apply to intra-Canadian shipments.
- NAEDA Motor Freight** uses the services of UPS FreightSM and Yellow Transportation to provide outstanding discounts on less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments.
**This service is available for U.S. to Canada and Canada to U.S. shipping. The program does not apply to intra-Canadian shipments.
- Discounts: To review program discounts, click here.
- Enrollment: Program discounts are extended to NAEDA-affiliated dealers and members. To enroll online, click here. To download an enrollment form to return by fax, click here.
- Preferred Services: Dealers may provide their suppliers with preferred shipping preferences. To designate shipping preferences, download and completed the preference form and return to PartnerShip. To download the form, click here.
